Medical No Touch Case Reconciliation Update
KEES has updated the No Touch case reconciliation logic.
Applications will only link to medical cases, never non-medical cases. This includes PPS cases.
AGO will still be a valid case for linking.
18-year-olds and 19-year-olds applying on their own behalf will have their own case created.
If an ex-spouse applies for KanCare coverage, their application will not link to their ex-spouse’s case.
KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2025 can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The KanCare Proactive Communication Schedule is available on the KEES Repository under KDHE Communications. The calendar has been updated on 09/20/2024 to include the months of 09/2024 through 08/2025.
LIEAP
The Self-Payment question, and corresponding verification dropdown, have been removed with this release. This aligns KEES with LIEAP policy and eliminates using a work around for Self-Payment.
