EDBC Denying Members with Care and Control - Corrected

We are aware EDBC is denying coverage for an individual when a Guardian/Conservator/Legal Guardian who is unrelated to them applies on their behalf even with Care and Control set for them. If you encounter this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.

Change NOA (MN to LTC) - Incorrect Fragment

We are aware of the incorrect fragment generating on a NOA when an individual changes from MDN to a temporary stay in a facility. If you encounter this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket with screenshots. Delete the system generated NOA and create a manual NOA.

 

Task Generated with the Wrong Casebank ID

We are aware of some tasks not sending to CURRENT if the case in KEES has a discontinued SSPP Program Block. If you come across this issue, please create a KEES Help Desk ticket. Supervisors or staff submitting the ticket into ServiceNow should follow operational processes to ensure the task is in proper Current workflow.

 

Unable to Attach Document for Third Step Verification

We are aware that Perceptive Content occasionally times out when workers are verifying immigration documents for the third step verification. If you encounter this issue, please submit a KEES Help Desk ticket.

 

Current™ - KEES Task not Holding Worker Assignment - Updated

We would like to clarify that there are two issues at play with KEES tasks not showing worker assignment after being claimed in Current™. We are aware that in some situations, KEES is not holding this worker assignment as it should; however, in some instances, there appears to be some worker error. Staff need to make sure that they are not reassigning tasks in KEES to a different Queue or Casebank AFTER placing the task On Hold in Current™. Doing so will cause the KEES task to be flipped back to New status and released from the worker it was assigned to. Staff should only be reassigning KEES tasks to a new Queue or Casebank when the task needs to be re-routed to an area outside your skillset as is set forth in Internal Routing Process for KDHE Staff.
