Please ensure staff are using the updated KEES Issue Template when submitting issues to the KEES Help Desk. Both the Medical and Non-Medical Issue Templates can be found on the KEES Repository. If you have an older version of the template saved on your desktop, please remove it, and save the appropriate template.
Visit the KEES KEES Repository often to ensure you are using the most recent version of the KEES Issue Template. In addition, the September 23, 2024 KEES Dispatch included instructions for submitting tickets.
The KMMS monthly file for January eligibility will be sent to Gainwell earlier than normal this month. The file will be sent the night of December 18, 2024, instead of December 19, 2024.

The KanCare Proactive Communication Schedule is available on the KEES Repository under KDHE Communications. The calendar has been updated on 09/20/2024 to include the months of 09/2024 through 08/2025.
