Rescind Issue

The KEES Help Desk is aware that staff are still experiencing issues with Rescinding programs/persons in certain scenarios. We are working to identify the different nuances, so please continue to submit tickets. It is very important that we identify and fix all of the different scenarios so we ask that staff NOT attempt any workarounds.

Medical Processing Deadlines

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2022 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

 

 

Non-Medical Programs

 

EDBC Failing to Deny TANF Applications when there is a CSS Non-Compliance Record

KEES is not denying TANF applications as expected when there is an active CSS Non-Cooperation record on the  Eligibility Non-Compliance page. Staff can use Negative Action to deny the application as a workaround.   

 

Family Plan End Dates Not Always Defaulting Correctly

In situations where a Child Care program was closed and then reapplied prior to the original review date, the Family Plan End Date is populating incorrectly to match the original review date. If this happens, staff will need to manually update the Family Plan End Date to allow for the correct 12 months of eligibility.

 

Update: Food Assistance Emergency Allotment Issuance

A data fix was applied last night on the cases that ran through the Emergency Allotment batch this past weekend. The issuance date should now show 12/5/2021 appropriately on Issuance History and any impacted reports.
