V044/V200 - Zero Error Upon Save and Print Central

If users encounter a zero error when Save and Print Central is selected after generating forms, you should first review Distributed Documents Search prior to attempting to generate the form again.  Users should not continue to generate forms multiple times after receiving the error. If the document is listed in Distributed Documents Search and has a status of Pending Print Central, it is not necessary to generate the form additional times.  Continue to report all instances, with a screenshot of this issue, to the KEES Help Desk.  

 

Medical Processing Deadlines   

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

 

 

Non-Medical Programs

 

Customer Activities Records Disappearing

It has been discovered that when editing or updating the customer activities on the Customer Activity List page, the activity record disappears. The issue is currently being looked into.  Please continue to report instances of this to the KEES Help Desk until notified otherwise.

 

Vehicle Resources Not Saving

We are aware that the vehicle resources are not saving.  Until this is fixed, if the case is over the resource limit, workers will need to run EDBC using a negative action.  It is no longer necessary to report this issue to the KEES Help Desk; however, if you experience issues saving any other type of resource, those should be reported.

 

Non-Medical Processing Deadlines

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2023 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.

 

 

PPS Programs

The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2023 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
