The LIEAP BOT is not ending dating future dated income records correctly. This primarily impacts cases with social security income records because future dated income records have been added to KEES for the COLA increase. The BOT will continue to run as scheduled. However, until this issue is fixed Admin are using a report to find approved LIEAP cases with duplicated income records to ensure the LIEAP benefit amount is correct. If staff claim a case from the tracker that was denied by the BOT due to excess income, they should check for a duplicated income record for the application month and fix the begin/end dates before running EDBC again.

The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
