Organizations in the Resource Data Bank cannot be found by searching – FIXED

The reported issue of being unable to search ORGs in the RDB has been fixed.

 

Resource Error Message

We are aware that when trying to save a Resource record, workers are receiving the error message Error! Owner – You must select an Owner.  Until this is fixed, workers will need to click the Add button in the Owner(s) section of the page before saving.

 

 

Medical Programs

 

EDBC determining SSI/OA instead of 300/OA – FIXED

The reported issue of EDBC results being SSI/OA instead of 300/OA has been fixed.

 

Medical Processing Deadlines   

Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.

 

 

Non-Medical Programs

 

FAET Program Payments

When trying to create a Service Arrangement for the FAET Program, staff are receiving the error Error! Aid Code – An Aid Code is required for this service arrangement. The Aid Code entered is correct, but the system is not recognizing it as valid and the page is not able to be saved. We are working on a resolution and will keep you updated on when this is resolved.

 

WP and FAET Programs with Payments to a SMART Vendor

Any outstanding payment requests that have been created since last Monday, 12/12/22, payable to a SMART Vendor (issuance method = SMART Issuance), are being skipped by the Issuance Batch. These cases are showing on the Skipped Issuance report. This does not impact payments with the issuance method of EBT. At this time, there is nothing for staff to do to rectify the situation. We are working on a resolution and the payments will be sent out. Please do not create the service arrangement and payment requests again or the payment will be sent twice.

 

Non-Medical Processing Deadlines

DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2023 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.

 

 

PPS Programs

The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2023 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
