Changes to the 12/31/2018 Standard Cut and Paste
On the Family Medical Tab and the Elderly and Disabled Tab, a NOA has been added for when a review application is received timely but not registered prior to when the batch discontinuance is run. This NOA is to be used to inform a member that temporary coverage has been put in place while the review application is being processed.
