Application Dates

 

 

The below table indicates scenarios in which the Application Date should not be updated by staff, but should be sent to the KEES Help Desk instead.

The current Application Date needs to move forward which causes it to cross over into a new month.   Current App Date: 02/28/0019
New App Date: 03/01/2019
Causes the month of February to remain stuck in Pending status.  Staff will be unable to run EDBC to get the application out of Pending status.  
     
The current Application Date needs to move backwards and is also the first application for the program. Current App Date: 03/01/2019
New App Date: 02/28/2019
Causes a Worker ID to not be assigned to the program.  Staff will be unable to run EDBC.
