Follow this process when a user images an application not entered through the SSP or Worker Portal before registering an application. Images are not associated to a case as no such case has been created yet.
Once the application and supporting documents are imaged, a Registration Task is created.
Claim the task.
Navigate to the Task Portlet.
Click the Task Name hyperlink.
This places the Application ID into session.
Register the case.
Once the case is registered, the Re-Index Documents button displays on the Case Summary page.
Click the Re-Index Documents button.
