Citizenship/Identity - Data Acceptance

 

All program persons, including non-citizens (SOBRA and Refugee) applicants, must have a Citizenship/Identity record. EDBC does not run if a Citizenship/Identity record is missing.

  1. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Citizenship/Identity from Task Navigation. The Citizenship/Identity List page displays.

  2. Click the Edit button for the case person where the New indicator is displayed. The Citizenship/Identity Detail page displays.
