Manually Adding Child Support Services (CSS) Non-Compliance Records
Non-Compliance records for a Food Assistance applicant or recipient due to non-cooperation with child support are identified in KEES with a Child Support non-compliance Type and Food Assistance Reason. There are a number of cases in KEES where this information has been entered incorrectly, with a CSS Non-Cooperation non-compliance Type. A data fix will be done to correct these cases and User Manual material is being updated to make this clearer.
As a reminder, non-compliance records with a tiered Reason are only added in KEES for TANF and/or Child Care recipients. Non-Compliance records for TANF or/or Child Care applicants or non-recipients are identified in KEES with a CSS Non-Cooperation Type and CSS Non-Cooperation Reason.
