We have the following processing considerations for Day 1 of controlled production:
1) We would like to verify case data on the Expedited FA cases processed day 1. Please use the attached tracking sheet and collect all requested data. If you have questions, contact Julie Waddle.
2) EES only: When you’re running EDBC and you use the immediacy indicator of IMMEDIATE, you will receive the following error.
Rush issuance for Food Assistance was not successfully submitted to EBT.
When you receive this error, go to EBT Case Detail and verify that the balance reflects the correct amount.
If it does not, submit an Incident ticket to the KEES Help Desk. This error was found during test, however on all cases we were able to verify that the benefit is being sent correctly.
When you’re running EDBC and you use the immediacy indicator of ROUTINE, no error is expected.
3) All day 1 controlled production users: The defaulted Application plan and Capture profile for ImageNow that you set prior to the start of the KEES upgrade on August 18th, was not retained. Staff will need reset defaults prior to imaging any documents into KEES.
