Task Issues
To help expedite the reporting of task issues, please do the following:
WA457 has been updated to cover both the Intake task and the Process Application task.
Reminder to DCF staff working this weekend and Monday (Labor Day).
All EBT benefits authorized by staff as “routine” over the weekend and Monday will not be sent to FIS until Tuesday evening, so the earliest the benefits would be available is Wednesday morning.
TANF Monthly Sample Selection for Staff Report
The TANF sample was inadvertently created in KEES for the month of August. Staff should disregard the KEES TANF Monthly Sample Selection report created for August until it can be removed. The valid August sample was created in KAECSES and will use only data collected from KAESCSES and KsCares. The first valid TANF sample to be created from KEES will be for the sample month of September, which will be available at the beginning of October.
