The following Defects were fixed and delivered in the 9/3/2017 build:
ADT Defect 60739 - Zero error received when clicking on a NOA in Pending Review status.
ADT Defect 60788 - Missing Spanish translation caused NOA to be skipped by the Central Print job.
ADT Defect 60747 - If a person’s address is updated to an address already known to the system, the address is not being sent to EBT.

When searching on the Task Inventory page, you should always utilize the search parameters to narrow your search. This will allow you to have a faster return and a more desirable result.
Address Information
Address conversion did not occur as stated in the chart released in the KEES Dispatch 8/28/17. Additional information will be provided to staff once the identified solution to correct the address issue is applied.
Dependents section on the LTC Data Detail page
Currently, there is not an Edit button on the LTC Data Detail page in the Dependents of LTC section. If you are needing a record to be edited on the LTC Data Detail page - Dependents of LTC/Applicant/Member or Dependents of Spouse section, please submit a ticket through ServiceNow and the KEES Help Desk will do the edit for you. This is only temporary as this page is scheduled to be fixed in the upcoming build this weekend.
DCF Self-Service Portal (SSP)
The DCF SSP link was made public to consumers through the DCF public website as of midnight last night. The CAPP application was disabled around 7am this morning. We’ve already started receiving SSP applications and SSP Link Requests tasks for staff to begin working.
Issuing Duplicate Supportive Services for Employment Services and PPS
September’s issuances for Supportive Services were sent from KAECSES/KS Cares and sent to SMART or EBT on Friday, August 18th as part of the cutover process to KEES. SMART or EBT sent the payments for consumers as usual in September These payments do not need to be re-authorized in KEES, and doing so will create duplicate issuances to the consumer. Any payments not authorized in KAECSES/KS Cares for September by Friday, August 18th were not sent to SMART or EBT and need to be authorized in KEES.
Reassignment of Caseloads
The Workload Reassignment Detail page is used in KEES by PPS and Employment Services to reassign caseloads from one staff person to another. The nightly batch to complete this process is not currently turned on in KEES. Please submit an incident ticket in ServiceNow if there is a need to transfer multiple cases from one caseload to another.
