ServiceNow Reminder

For ServiceNow submitters, please remember to select the correct Category and Subcategory when submitting your Incident to the KEES Help Desk. ServiceNow tickets that are incorrectly categorized are hard to identify with the expected need that the user intended.

RC Tool

We are aware that the Reasonable Compatibility Tool at times is not providing expected results. We are currently researching the issue. While we are investigating the matter we will temporarily lift the requirement of workers to obtain direction from KEES Help Desk before completing the Manual RC Tool as outlined in KDHE Policy Directive 2017-04-01. Workers will still be required to report all occurrences of the issue to the KEES Help Desk and indicate that the determination is completed at the time of reporting.

Workarounds

V808: General Correspondence Form

We have received reports that staff are unable to print the V808 centrally but have been successful printing locally. A fix is being researched - until this is able to be remediated please use Print Locally when using the V808.
