DCF should create a Contact Log Entry within the context of the MEDICAL case. The Region and Location of the task will default to KanCare Clearinghouse when the Location field is left blank.

WA504: Determining MN3 Coverage for LTC Customers who fail the 300% Threshold Test
Currently when a consumer fails the 300% test and is eligible for a aid code of MN3. KEES is not determining eligibility correctly, workers should use the attached work around until this issue is fixed.
