Non-Medical Programs Only

Activity Progress Detail Page

KEES is not allowing staff to enter ‘0’ in the Total Hours/Month field or Average Hours Per Week field on the Activity Progress Detail page. For zero hour (non-countable) activities, staff can leave these fields blank and the TANF report will count the actual hours as ‘0’.

 

Mass Payments for Employment Services Providers

KEES is not currently issuing payments to providers that are approved through the Mass Payment process.  Staff can continue to:

  1. Issue payments as a single provider payment when the consumer to provider volume is low.
  2. Utilize the Mass Payment page in KEES

NOTE: KEES will continue to run a data fix twice a month to get Mass Payments issued to Providers around the middle and end of the month until this issue is resolved.

 

PPS CLARIS Providers

Addresses in the Resource Databank (RDB) are changed to blank in some instances when KEES receives a change in PPS provider information from CLARIS. This causes staff to receive a warning at EDBC: Family Foster Home does not have a ‘Issued’ or ‘Reinstated’ licenses status and is not eligible for federal funds. Check the RDB and if an address is blank, add CLARIS – Provider Dead-Stop in the short description of ServiceNow tickets so Help Desk can get these tickets resolved as quickly as possible.
