61785 - Both: BENDEX SSA Income Change task being created in error when change is less than $1.00.

61362 - Medical: KEES Customer Service Rep/Sup missing eApp Search button.
61265 - Both: When user selects Edit button on Transferred Property/Income record on Resource List page, user will get a Null Point Exception error.
60928 - Medical: RDB Staff unable to add resources.
60918 - Both: KEES Inquiry unable to view Pregnancy Non-Financial Data.
61074 - Non-Medical: EBT accounts created for the same person using different Client IDs.
61186 - Both: Receiving ‘SSN Already Exists’ error when trying to register person known to KEES.
61997 - Both: Person Search Results Incorrect after Linking Duplicate ID.
62494 - Both: Getting a zero error when trying to link a Duplicate ID.
62476 - Both: Cannot search on a Client ID already known to KEES.
Cannot End Date MediKan Record
When staff attempt to end date a MediKan record, the Other Program Assistance Detail page is giving an error that says “Error! toDate-This field is required. Please select a value.” These cases must be submitted to the KEES Help Desk for a data fix. When submitting the ServiceNow ticket, please make sure to include the end date you want the record to have.
Reminder: Do Not Use the Alternate Address
This is a reminder that medical staff should not be setting an Alternate Address for people in KEES.
Reminder: Do Not Set a BDA Outside of the Application Month
This is a reminder that medical staff should not be setting the Beginning Date of Aid to a month other than the month of application. If the consumer already received benefits on another case number in the month of application, staff should run EDBC for the next month first, then run EDBC for the application month to deny the consumer for already receiving benefits.

REVISED Interview Record Required when Processing an IR:
KEES is requiring an interview record when processing IRs before running EDBC. Field staff are noticing this is occurring on cases that had a review to begin the new eligibility period. Until this issue is fixed, search on the Customer Schedule Search page for the interview record that corresponds with the last review. Click on the hyperlink and update the Type from Review to Application prior to running EDBC.
