TALX and KPERS Web Service
The KEES Help Desk is receiving reports that the TALX Interface Detail page is returning information that is not consistent with what is known to TALX. There is also an issue where the Paycheck List page cannot be viewed as staff are receiving a Zero Error when clicking on the Paycheck List button. At this time, we are asking staff to stop making web service calls via the Interface Search button on the Verifications List page

DCF Staff will need to revert back to verifying The Work Number and KPERS as they did prior to the October release. No access changes will be done to The Work Number website at this time.
KDHE Staff may continue to use the Request Verification button. Please continue to follow policy guidance on when TALX should be accessed manually. When a manual review is needed, TALX will need to be accessed via The Work Number website online.
Add Button on Income Detail Page
The KEES Help Desk is receiving reports that staff are unable to add a new Income Amount Detail to an existing Income record. This functionality has not changed. Staff still need to select Non-Medical from the Display by Program Type drop-down menu. The Add button will then dynamically display. Please see the KEES Non-Medical User Manual for additional assistance.
