Mass Payments for Employment Services Providers

KEES is not currently issuing payments to providers that are approved through the Mass Payment process.

Staff can continue to:

1. Issue payments as a single provider payment when the consumer to provider volume is low.
2. Utilize the Mass Payment page in KEES

NOTE: KEES will continue to run a data fix twice a month to get Mass Payments issued to Providers around the middle and end of the month until this issue is resolved.

TANF Report Deadline

All TANF Report related data for September needs to be entered into KEES by the end of business on Friday, November 10th.

EBT Repayments

EBT repayments to recovery accounts should follow the process outlined in the KEES User Manual. EBT repayments are no longer be processed directly in the EBT system. If you encounter problems processing an EBT repayment in KEES, please contact the KEES Help Desk.
