Remember to Run EDBC after making updates to the Child Care Family Plan. Failing to run EDBC after updating information results in a Skipped Issuance.
Manual Tasks
Remember you must be within the context of the case when generating a Manual Task. Failing to create a manual task from the context of the case generates the task without a case number, resulting in lost work. See Adding a Task in the KEES User Manual for detailed steps on creating manual tasks.
