Task Priority for e-Apps
Reports have begun coming in indicating that expedited e-apps are not consistently being indicated on the PDF, or on the Pending (Outstanding) Applications Report however we are seeing that the E-app Summary and Case Summary appears to be setting Expedited appropriately. The priority on the tasks though is consistently not being set. Support Staff will need to screen all E-Applications for Expedite, using the same criteria they do for non-lobby drop offs. They should follow their current process and identify these on the tracker.
