Tasks in Incorrect Queue
Medical staff are inappropriately creating Program Specific Question and Non-Program Specific Questions tasks. This is happening when Medical staff choose a reason of Program Specific or Non-Program Specific in the Contact Log and select DCF as the Agency instead of KDHE. Doing this generates a task for DCF in the Q&A Queue. This queue is a Non-Medical queue only, and Medical staff should not be creating tasks in that queue unless otherwise directed. Per design of the Contact Log, Medical staff should not expect a task to be generated when selecting a reason of Program Specific or Non-Program Specific in the Contact Log and selecting KDHE as the Agency. If staff need to create a task they should refer to the Contact Log Task Chart for direction.
