End Dating Work Programs Customer Activities
End Dates on the Customer Activity Detail page should be in sync with participation recorded on the Activity Progress Detail page. For example, if staff have recorded participation hours on the Activity Progress Detail page for every week in September, the Customer Activity End Date should not be prior to the last day of the month.
KEES Navigation
Do not click the Back Arrow in Internet Explorer at any time while in the system. Using the Back Arrow can cause errors and issues with recorded data. Using the Back Arrow button is especially problematic when entering data on the Activity Progress Detail page for the TANF Report.
Mass Payments for Employment Services Providers
KEES is not currently issuing payments to providers that are approved through the Mass Payment process.
Staff can continue to:
Issue payments as a single provider payment when the consumer to provider volume is low.
Utilize the Mass Payment page in KEES
Enter the Mass Payments in as usual by end of day, Thursday, November 9th.
KEES Project Staff will run a data fix to get the payments issued to providers the following week.
These payments will not show as Issued until KEES Project Staff run this data fix.
NOTE: KEES will continue to run a data fix twice a month to get Mass Payments issued to Providers around the middle and end of the month until this issue is resolved.
SSP Request Task
In order for consumers to complete reviews/IRs online and use the Access My Benefits portlet, their Self-Service Portal (SSP) account has to be linked to their case number in KEES. Linked SSP Accounts can be viewed under the All SSP Users Linked to this Case block on the Case Summary page. Case Linking is accomplished:
When the consumer submits an application and their application is linked and registered to a KEES case number.
By consumer request. If the consumer has an active DCF case already, they can set up an account/password and request that it be linked to their case number. In this instance, a SSP Request task is created in KEES for the Purple queue to approve or reject the request.

TANF Report Deadline
All TANF Report related data for September needs to be entered into KEES by the end of business on Thursday, November 9th.
