Case Flags
A technical fix was applied to approximately 450 cases in Production last night. Staff will be able to identify these cases by the Case Flag that was added to them. The flag is titled ‘Person on case impacted by WR 61504’. The flag notes will either indicate that the case number should not be used or that the KEES Help Desk should be contacted prior to using the case. When contacting the KEES Help Desk about these cases, please reference the Case Flag title in the Short Description field in ServiceNow.
Case Flags appear in the upper-right corner of the Case Summary page.

To access the Case/Person Flag List page, click the Case Flag link in Task Navigation. To access the Case Flag notes, click on the Flag Title hyperlink.
