Buy In Reminder

Due to the Christmas holiday, the Buy In Deletion Report will be available on December 11th and the Buy In file will be sent to CMS early on the morning of December 15th. This means the Buy In Deletion Report will need to be completed by close of business on December 14th. Any cases newly authorized between December 11th and 14th that qualify for immediate buy in, will need to have an email sent to the DXC Buy In team to be manually added to the CMS file.  LOC-KSXIX-BuyIn@groups.ext.hpe.com

Reasonable Compatibility Detail Page Issue

Currently the Reasonable Compatibility Detail page is not displaying the correct results when the self-attestation of income is higher than the KDOL or TALX amount. The Reasonable Compatibility Indicator is being set to ‘No’ instead of ‘Yes’.

This issue is easily recognizable by staff when it occurs. The KEES Total Monthly Income Amount will be greater than the KDOL Monthly Income Amount, the TALX Monthly Income Amount will be $0.00, and the Reasonable Compatible indicator will be ‘No’.

In this situation staff are to treat the income as being Reasonably Compatibility and should include this in their journal. This issue is slated to be fixed in the upcoming March 2018 release.
