Issue related to the Passive and Pre-Populated Review Forms not correctly displaying the people currently covered and the people currently in the home have been resolved. This information should display correctly.
Medicare Expense premium amounts should now populate the Review Forms correctly.
Data Collection:
For Medical Real Property Detail records the Real Property Type of "Bona Fide Effort to Sell" has been removed from the description dropdown. This value was appearing in error.

Issue related to Medicare Expense records not being used by rules to determine Patient liabilities has been resolved.
The Medical EDBC summary page should display the correct Program and Budget information for all applicants.
When overriding EDBC on the Medical EDBC Override Detail page a comma was displaying which caused a validation to appear when attempting to save the overridden EDBC results. This issue has been fixed and the comma will no longer display.
Tasks:
The “Uploaded Medical Provider Document” task is now searchable on the Task Inventory page.
Interfaces:
The issue related to the DOD not being sent to MMIS when the DOD is marked verified has now been fixed. Now when the DOD in KEES is marked as verified the DOD is sent to MMIS.
In addition, the enhancements below are being delivered:
MCO Updates:
The Amerigroup MCO choice will no longer be available in the Medical SSP and PE Tools as an MCO to choose. The Aetna MCO choice will become available as of January 01, 2019. The message advising consumers that Amerigroup will no longer be available after December 31,2018 will remain visible on the Home page of the Medical SSP and will be removed prior to January 01, 2019.
A work request will run between 12/16 and 12/31 to remove any Amerigroup MCO assignments and make them “null” from the Individual Demographics page in KEES. This will be done for all medical programs regardless of the program status.
Effective 12/31/18 Amerigroup will no longer be a MCO choice on the worker portal, individual demographics and LTC data detail pages.
In addition to this, as of 01/01/19, a Hard stop validation of “MCO Choice is not valid” was also added to the system. If a worker attempts to save an Individual Demographic record that still has the “Amerigroup” MCO value they will receive the “MCO choice is not valid” validation, which will require them to update the record, as per policy, prior to saving the record.
