JAVA Error on Individual Demographics page

When attempting to edit on the Individual Demographics page you may encounter a JAVA script error. This appears to be limited to removing a phone number or removing an alias.

 

For an alias

If there is an incorrect alias listed, please submit an Incident ticket to the KEES Help Desk. This error should not impact the processing of your case.

 

For a phone number

If there is an incorrect phone number listed, please update the old phone number to reflect the new phone number even if this means the new phone number will be listed twice. This error should not impact the processing of your case.

 

For example: If the consumer reports they no longer have phone number 785-444-7722

Instead of removing the phone number, update it to reflect the good phone number of 785-555-0038  

Medical Programs Only

One Month EDBC on Thursday 12/21/17

All Medical staff should be aware that tomorrow 12/21, you will not be able to high-date your EDBC as February will not be available as the come-up month until Friday 12/22. No additional action is needed as the KEES Help Desk will receive a report of impacted cases on Friday morning and will coordinate the action of getting the EDBCs high-dated.

 

JAVA Error on Other Health Insurance (OHI) List page

When clicking on the Other Health Insurance link, a JAVA script error occurs. This will NOT impact your case unless you are processing a medical determination for a program that does not allow other health insurance (CHIP). When workers encounter this error, please submit a ticket through ServiceNow as is the current process. Do NOT mark these tickets as Dead Stop unless the JAVA error is prohibiting the determination.
