The Real Property Detail Description value of “Bona Fide Effort to Sell” was recently removed from the Real Property Detail page in KEES. Because of this, workers are currently not able to select the value of “Bona Fide Effort to Sell” when needed. This will prevent KEES from correctly exempting a real property resource when it should.

Medical Staff: The following document, Bona Fide Effort to Sell Real Property Resource, has been created to provide instructions on how to handle this situation.

Note: It is important that staff complete the workaround as instructed so these records can be identified and corrected later when the issue is fixed.

Non-Medical Staff: Do not enter the value in KEES. If you have a case with this resource information, journal the resource is exempt and was not entered into KEES.
