Unless instructed by a specific workaround or instructions in the KEES User Manual, EDBC overrides are not to be applied. The user should notify the KEES Help Desk regarding the issue.
When an override is utilized, downstream impacts may happen that may not be apparent on the front end. For example, overriding a failing budget to a passing budget may prevent the program from being picked up by the Reviews Batch. This is why it is so important for the KEES Help Desk to review system issues prior to issuing the direction to override an EDBC.
