A data fix was done last night to correct issues formerly found on the Application Detail page. In certain instances, an error message of “The Person Application Date cannot be before the Program Application Date” would display when a worker was attempting to update an Application Date or the Beginning Date of Aid.
Now that this issue has been resolved, workers must start making all Application Date and Beginning Date of Aid updates using the Application Detail page. If you should encounter any validation errors while making updates to this page, please report them to the KEES Help Desk ASAP.
Effective Monday, February 13th, the Application Date and Beginning Date of Aid fields on the Medical Person Detail page will be locked down so that no updates can be made to them from the Medical Person Detail page.
On 02/03/2017 several data fixes were completed to update e-Applications that were in an Incomplete (‘Pending’ or ‘In Progress’) status to a Completed status of ‘Posted’. This clean-up effort was executed on cases that met the following criteria:
Multiple e-Applications linked to a case with the same exact application date and one had been updated to ‘Accepted’. The ‘Pending’ or ‘In Progress’ e-Application is updated to ‘Posted’.
Multiple e-Applications linked to a case, with one in a ‘Pending’ or ‘In Progress’ status with an application date prior to an e-Application that has been updated to ‘Accepted’. The ‘Pending’ or in ‘Progress e-Application is updated to ‘Posted’.
These data fixes impacted about 1,000 e-Applications that were in a ‘Pending’ or ‘In Progress’ status.
