The email address for RDB requests has changed to kdhe.KSRDBMedicalRepandFa@ks.gov. In the event that you use the old address you will see the following message:
Effective 8:00 AM on 3/31/2017, ALL KDHE and DCF staff should no longer email KSRDBMedicalRepandFa@maximus.com, but should email kdhe.KSRDBMedicalRepandFa@ks.gov instead. After that date and time, the MAXIMUS shared mailbox will no longer be monitored.
