When reporting Issue type- Double Check you are selecting the correct one.

Non-Medical is only for TANF/Food Assistants/ Child Care/ Work Programs/ FAET.
If you are not working one of those cases you are having a MEDICAL issue and it needs to be reported as such.
When completing an authorized Override on EDBC, if possible, please remember to run the month following after the override to ensure a “clean” EDBC is the last saved and accepted one.
