Overpayments
If a recovery account is set up as pending fraud (Cause Code is Fraud, Status is Pending and Status Reason is Pending Fraud Prosecution), do not add the repayment term details to the Repayment Term Summary page. This starts the repayment process and no recoupments or repayments should begin until the recovery account is Active.
Weekend Release
Attached is a summary of the release notes for the non-medical defects being fixed in this weekend’s build. Workarounds related to sending the P202: Child Care Provider Eligibility Notice and P501: Provider Notice-Plan Ended can be retired with this release. A desk aid of the updated Standard Copy and Paste text scenarios are attached as well.
