Auto Journal Log for Work Programs Discontinuance
In some instances, KEES is automatically generating a journal entry every day when Work Programs is discontinued. This is a known issue and no longer needs to be reported to the KEES Help Desk.

Rules is incorrectly counting the resource types listed below in eligibility determinations instead of exempting them. Do not use these resource types.

Please refer to the Non-Medical Resource Values in the KEES User Manual for comparable Non-Medical values. A clean-up effort is being evaluated with policy for cases where these values have been used.
Review and IR Auto Closure Batch
The Auto Closure for No Review or IR Batch ran in KEES 2/15 to discontinue programs for 2/28 if an IR/Review was not received. There was an issue with the batch and some programs are still Active even though an IR/Review was not received. The issue is not widespread and a data fix will be applied in KEES tomorrow night (3/7) to discontinue the applicable programs and send a NOA. If the consumer turns in a Review prior to the data fix, Negative Action the program for Failure to Return Signed Review. Reapply the program and process the review. If the consumer turns in an IR prior to the data fix, update the reporting record and process the IR using BPM principles.
