Medical Processing Deadlines for FY2019
The Processing Deadlines for FY2019 have been attached. We will provide a new link to their location on the KEES Repository once they have been added.
e-Application Status not Updating when Application is Auto-Denied due to No Interview – Clarification from the 5/10/18 Dispatch
The e-Application Status is not updating when an application is automatically Denied due to no interview. Until this is fixed staff should follow the process below for No Show interviews.
When an interview is required, the Eligibility worker claims the task and follows the cold call process. If the cold call is unsuccessful, the Eligibility worker should:
Create an interview record on the Customer Appointment Detail page with Scheduled selected as the Status.
Complete data acceptance on the Contact Summary page. This step insures the missed interview notice is delivered to the correct address.
Reject the data on the other data collection pages.
Update the e-Application Status to Posted.
Update the Status Reason on the claimed task to DCF-No Show.
