Person View Page
When staff complete a Person Search and then click on the consumer’s name to navigate to the Person View page, they are viewing the demographic and Duplicate ID information that is stored in the Master Person Index (MPI) for that person. When staff click on a consumer’s name in the All People Associated with the Case section of the Case Summary page, they are also navigated to the Person View page. However, the demographic and Duplicate ID information on this page is not stored in the MPI, but is stored in KEES. This is why the information between the two pages looks different and why more information is typically available on the “MPI” Person View page. To help clarify this discrepancy, the “MPI” Person View page is actually being renamed to MPI Person View. Only the name of the page has been changed, not what displays on it.
Buy In Reminder
The Buy In Deletion Report will be available to eligibility staff on the 14th of each month, or the first working day following the 14th unless otherwise notified. The Buy In file will be sent to CMS early on the morning of the 21st. This means the Buy In Deletion Report will need to be completed by 5:00 PM on the 20th. Any cases newly authorized between the 14th and the 20th that qualify for immediate buy in, or cases that need the deletion to be removed from the CMS file, will need to have an email sent to the DXC Buy In team no later than 2:00 PM on the 20th so they can be manually processed. Eligibility Non-Compliance List Page
Beginning Monday, staff will see an Override End Date of 12/31/9999 on the Eligibility Non-Compliance List page when the Program Type is either TANF/RCA or Child Care. The 12/31/9999 date is the equivalent of no value entered or a blank field. Once staff have entered an Override End Date, the field will update to display that date.
