ImageNow Defaults
Staff (excluding Mailroom) need to ensure that their ImageNow defaults have been reset and saved. The KEES Help Desk is seeing an abundance of errors due to the Application Plan default being set to KEES Barcoded Document.

TANF – School Enrollment --- see 7262018 Dispatch for correct instructions
KEES requires TANF children aged 7-18 to have a School Attendance record with an Attendance Status Begin Date within the last year. Most records from Conversion have a Begin Date of 8/1/2017. Staff should enter a new Attendance Status with a new Begin Date yearly at review. If you get an unexpected Discontinuance for Person School Enrollment, enter a new Attendance Status with a Begin Date for this school year.
