KEES does not automatically send review forms or process reviews for LTC Home and Community Based Service consumers, LTC Adult Home Care consumers or PACE consumers. This LTC population is given a 300 aid code in KEES.
There are three types of reviews affected; Pre-Populated Reviews, Administrative Reviews, and Passive Reviews.
Two reports is generated by KEES Business Support identifying all of these cases and the type of review. The report is run and distributed 45 days prior to the review due date.
300 Aid Codes without QMB/LMB- Lists the Region for each case, Worker ID to determine office location, and Population Type to determine the review type.
Documents with Administrative Roles- Includes any case up for review with an Administrative Role. The Clearinghouse manages this report. When a case shows up on this list, a worker from the Clearinghouse prints the review form and mails it to the name listed as the Administrative Role. DCF still sends the original review form to the consumer.
