End Dating an AR that is associated with a program.

 

When adding an Administrative Role, if the person is associated with the case, their name should display in the Name drop-down on the Administrative Role Detail page. If their name does not display in the Name drop-down on the Administrative Role Detail page, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Case Info from Global Navigation. The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Select Hide Person from Task Navigation. The Hide Person page displays.

  3. Uncheck the Individual(s) whose name(s) the user wants to display..

  4. Click the Save and Continue button.

If the person needs to be end dated as an Administrative Role from the program block, enter the end date on the Administrative Role Detail page, and click Save and Return.

NOTE: Eligibility and Registration workers should not use the Hide Person functionality, even when a case person is no longer in the home.  Hide Person should only be used by the KEES HelpDesk.
