Multiple PMDT Contact Tasks

When we receive applications that have both the PA and SSP reporting disabilities and need to send both to PMDT for determinations to be made, we cannot use the Contact Log to create tasks for both consumers.  Workers would use the Contact Log for the first consumer then follow the process outlined below to manually create another task for the second consumer.

 

NOTE: Workers must be in the context of the case when creating the manual task.

  1. On the Case Summary page, click Tasks.  The Task Management pop up will display with the case number being worked on.

  2. Click Add Task.  The Manual Task - In Case pop up will display.  The following sections need to be filled out:

    1. Status Reason - NA

    2. Priority - None

    3. Due Date - 20 days

    4. Review Date - NA

    5. Received Date - Today's date

    6. Region - KDHE Clearinghouse

    7. Location - KDHE Clearinghouse

    8. Queue - PMDT

    9. Task - PMDT Contact

    10. Casebank - Casebank of Program Block

    11. Contact Type - Document

    12. Task Details

      1. Applicant Name

      2. Application Date

      3. Referral Type (Tier 1 and/or Tier 2)

      4. Pre-Release Application (if applicable)

      5. Inmate Medical Application (if applicable)

  3. Click Save and Continue.

  4. Verify the task was created on the case.

  5. Add a journal for the task that was manually created using the information from the Task Details.
