Other Helpful Information - Case Flags Table

Case Flags are used to indicate a noteworthy or special situation related to a case person or program.  Examples are Fraud, Unauthorized SSN in Use, or Identify a Single Point of Contact. Case Flags allow the worker the ability to create a flag indicator on the Case Summary page.

Case Flags can be set at both the person and program level. Regardless of level, once a flag is set, the indicator is visible in the top right of the Case Summary page.

Please use the Case Flags Table to determine the appropriate Case Flag to use based on the specific situation.
