KEES Operations upgraded ImageNow. This upgrade consists of changes to the ImageNow tool, along with corresponding changes to KEES. Everyone using ImageNow should install the new ImageNow software. The requires upgrading first to ImageNow 6.7 and then to 7.3. In the 7.3 upgrade, the ImageNow name is changed to Perceptive Content.
If not in the office, make certain you are connected to the VPN.
Follow the steps in Perceptive Content 7.3 Install Instructions. This will upgrade ImageNow from 6.7 to 7.3, Perceptive Content.
Follow the steps for resetting your default application plan and capture profile from the Perceptive Content Tool bar. The steps for doing this are in Perceptive Content Connection Profile Instructions.
