Portal reports provide information related to information received from the Medical Self-Service Portal. Portal reports in KEES include:

Report Name

Description
CSSP User Account Activity Report

Determines the frequency of each function of the CSSP used by each user
Abandoned e-Application

Counts the number of abandoned e-Applications

Self-Assessment Activity

Measures the volume of self-assessments completed

SSP Incomplete Applications

Measures the volume of SSP applications in progress

SSP Survey Report

Provides a summary of statics for responses collected via the survey page within the SSP

SSP User Account Creation

Measures the creation of user accounts

SSP Application Activity

Provides information on SSP Application Activity

To access a Portal report:

  1. Select Reports from the Global Navigation Bar. The Local Navigation Bar defaults to On Request and the Report Search page displays.

  2. Select Portal from the Task Navigation Bar to display the list of available Portal reports and a description of each report.

  3. Click on the report name hyperlink to access the report the user wants to view.  The Report Parameters page displays.

  4. The Report Parameters page fields are dynamic based on the name of the report selected in STEP 3.  Enter all required information and any optional additional information to limit results.

  5. Select Excel or CSV from the Report Format drop-down menu.  

NOTE: CSV opens in Notepad. Select CSV if the report is for a wide date range. Excel is limited in the number of results it can contain.

  1. Click the OK button.  

NOTE: Reports can take some time to generate and do not indicate they are running after clicking the OK button.  

  1. A window displays when the report is generated. The user can open the report locally, save the report or cancel the file download.
