Requesting KDOL Wages and Unemployment Verification

From within the context of the case:

Complete all data collection pages.
Navigate to the Verification List page.

Click Eligibility from Global Navigation.
Click Customer Information from Local Navigation.
Click Verifications from Task Navigation. The Verification List page displays.

Select Pending from the Status drop-down menu.
Select Medical from the Program Type drop-down menu.
Select the check box for the record(s) to verify.
Click the Request Verification button.
Click the Call button. The Real Time Interface History List displays all interface calls specific to this case.
Click the Call ID number hyperlink associated to the Date and Time record to view.
The Real Time Interface History Detail page displays the following:

    - Hub Request not sent due to BPM Exception
    - This is part of Non Federal Verification List. Hub request not sent

Success: Activity found on Unemployment	Data found for the person in the latest 52 weeks (including call week)
Not found: No unemployment found	No data found at all for the person
No Recent Activity Found on KDOL UC File	Data found for the person but not in the latest 52 weeks (including call week)
No Recent Activity Found on KDOL Wages File	Data found for the person but not in the latest 5 quarters (including call quarter)

NOTE: The data on this Real Time Interface Request List page will be stored for 3 years. After 3 years there will be an indication that the Interface was ran but detailed results will not be displayed.

Click the Response ID hyperlink:

KDOL UC
- The KDOL UC Interface List page will display. This page displays a UC record by week.
- Click the Week hyperlink the KDOL UC Interface Detail page will display.
- Click the Close button to return to the KDOL UC Interface List.
- Repeat process to view additional records.

KDOL WAGES

The KDOL Wages Interface List page will display. This page displays all employers for the past 5 quarters including the current quarter.
Click the Quarter hyperlink(s) the KDOL Wages Interface Detail displays.
Click the Close button to return to the KDOL Wages Interface List.
Repeat process to view additional records.

NOTE: The data on this Real Time Interface History List page will be stored for 3 years, exactly as it is seen by the worker at the time the call was made.
