Reset Security Challenge Questions

1. Navigate to OIM.

2. Enter the User Login and Password. Click the Sign In button. The OIM Self Service page displays.

3. Click on the Profile tab located at the top of the page.

4. Click on the Security tab located under the My Profile section. The page displays the user’s previously selected Security Challenge Questions.

5. Re-select Challenge Questions from drop-down menu and enter Answers accordingly.

6. Click the Apply button. A confirmation window displays confirming the Security Challenge Questions have been reset.

7. Click the OK button.
