If the user does not see the search parameter they want to use in the drop-down menu, they can select Custom Property for other options. The search parameters available are dependent on the drawer selected. KEES All Case Documents is used as an example.
Left click the drop-down caret next to the Documents button on the Perceptive Content Toolbar.
Select KEES All Case Documents as the desired Documents View filter. The Perceptive Content Explorer window opens.
Select Custom Property from the first drop-down under Quick Search tab. The Custom Property dialog box displays.
Select desired search parameter from Custom Properties list (e.g. Created By).
Click OK. The selected value displays in the first drop-down button under the Quick Search tab.
NOTE: Best practice is to utilize the default value in the second drop-down button which displays ‘starts with’. Although, any search parameter can be selected from the drop-down menu.
Enter the desired value in the search box. Example: Training15
Click the Go button. The search results display.
Double Click the document to view it. The document opens in the Perceptive Content Viewer.
