Registration should not e-Link each application to the case. Add a Journal entry that identifies the e-App number of each additional application and re-index images to the case.
In some cases, such as FFM and MIPPA applications, there is not an image found. Using the instructions below a user can access the additional e-App(s) using the e-App number given in Journal entries.
Determine if there are additional applications by reading the Journal.
If there are additional e-Apps not e-Linked, the e-App number is included in the Journal.
It may be necessary to look through multiple journal entries to locate all unlinked e-Apps needed for processing.
Take note of the e-App number(s) found in the Journal.
Determine if there are images in ImageNow that correspond to the additional e-Applications mentioned in the journal. If all unlinked e-Apps have an image, viewing the e-App is not needed.
NOTE: All FFM applications have an e-App number beginning with "7". No image displays in ImageNow for FFM e-Applications. Continue to STEP 3.
Search for the e-App using e-Tools if there are no images in ImageNow.
Click the KEES Logo. The home page displays.
