Updating Grievances

 

From the KEES Home Page:

  1. Select Admin Tools from Global Navigation. Select Contact Log from Local Navigation. The Contact Log Search page displays.

  1. Enter additional search criteria (optional):

  1. Click the Search button. The Contact Log Search page displays with the results.

  2. Search for the date with the corresponding grievance Contact Reason and click the Date hyperlink. The Contact Log Detail page displays.

 

List of Grievance Contact Reasons

CHIP Premiums Civil Rights Complaints Clearinghouse Materials
Customer Self-Service Portal Customer Service Eligibility Determination
External Hold Time Legislative Contact
Other Timeliness WH Premiums

NOTE: There may be multiple Contact Reasons per Contact Log, however only the Grievances can be updated.  

 

  1. Click the Update button.  The Contact Log Entry page displays.  

  2. In the Attempt drop-down menu, select the outcome of the Grievance Follow UP.

  1. Enter call details in the Additional Notes section and click the Save button.  The Contact Log Detail page displays.
