From the KEES Home Page:
Select Admin Tools from Global Navigation. Select Contact Log from Local Navigation. The Contact Log Search page displays.
Select Case from the drop-down menu.
Enter the Case Number.
Do not click Select button.
Enter additional search criteria (optional):
Contact Reason
Date From
Date To
Click the Search button. The Contact Log Search page displays with the results.
Search for the date with the corresponding grievance Contact Reason and click the Date hyperlink. The Contact Log Detail page displays.
List of Grievance Contact Reasons

NOTE: There may be multiple Contact Reasons per Contact Log, however only the Grievances can be updated.
Click the Update button. The Contact Log Entry page displays.
In the Attempt drop-down menu, select the outcome of the Grievance Follow UP.
Attempt Follow Ups
Enter call details in the Additional Notes section and click the Save button. The Contact Log Detail page displays.
